My journey began as a business manager, where I ran the full spectrum of operations—everything from social media marketing and online course development to creating systems and processes, providing client support, and managing staff. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to keep a business running smoothly.
 

What inspired me to dive deeper into technology was a genuine love for how it can simplify, enhance, and transform the way we work. That passion led me to pursue a qualification in website development and design, which became the gateway to my career in software development.

From there, I worked in software development, where I successfully onboarded clients onto our software and developed custom features tailored to their specific needs.
